Secondary students are working on respect as a rule to improve their relationships

During mentorship hours, secondary students are working on different values to improve their relationships among themselves.

During mentorship hours, secondary students are working on different values to improve their relationships among themselves. This year, we have especially promoted the rule of respect: “I address others with respect, using an appropriate tone and correct body language.”

To this end, the teaching staff has been trained with the SILENOLE coexistence program. This has allowed them to delve deeper with students into what respect is and when it is being violated.

Likewise, each tutor has carried out a democratic management activity in their class in which the students themselves have understood the importance of creating rules to improve their relationships and have voted on a rule to work on as a class. Some rules have emerged such as: “If you want to speak, raise your hand and wait your turn”, “maintain a good smell in class”, or “use only our own things and respect and take care of what others lend us”.

With this program, we want to generate a positive impact on the values education of our students and promote their personal growth.
