4th-Year Secondary students receive personalized career guidance

4th-year secondary school students have had the opportunity to receive their career guidance reports through individual interviews with the school’s career counselor. These sessions have been key in providing each student with personalized academic and career guidance, based on a questionnaire designed to assist them in making decisions about their academic and professional future.

The questionnaire, used as the main tool in this process, provides a detailed profile of each student’s preferences and interests. This profile helps them reflect on their vocation and the career opportunities that best match their skills and passions.

Additionally, during the interviews, students’ interests were gathered for participation in the IA More internship program, where they can spend one or more days at a company. This experience will allow them to have their first contact with the professional world and gain insight into the professions that interest them the most.

This guidance process is an essential tool to help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future. We hope that students will share these reports and their reflections with their families.
