The high school students of Biology have carried out a very special laboratory practice, since it was guided by our former student Ana A., student of Biomedicine.The objective was to determine the influence of pH on the reaction rate of the enzyme catalase. With this practice the experimental skills of the students are developed, such as the correct handling of pipettes and reagents, and also the research skills, through the collection and processing of data.Ana de la Cruz
