This November, Primary and Secondary students have enjoyed our "Rugby Week," where we had the privilege of hosting professional rugby players from the Club Olímpico de Pozuelo and the Spanish national team. The players spent a week at our school, teaching technical and tactical aspects of this increasingly popular sport in Spain while also instilling important values in our students.Rugby is a game in which the objective is to carry the ball beyond the opponent's goal line and ground it to score points. To advance, the ball must be passed backward. It can be kicked forward, but for teammates to intervene, they must be behind the ball at the moment it is kicked. There are five core values of rugby recognized by all members of World Rugby: integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline, and respect. Together, they define the character and ethics of this sport, both on and off the field.Miss Brenda
